Merchandising Sections

Vero 1.7.0 adds new ways to highlight collections, store benefits, and promotional artwork without custom code.

Use this layout for a side-scrolling row of collection cards.

  1. In the Theme Editor, add or open a Collection Links section.
  2. Choose the collections you want to feature.
  3. Set Layout to Carousel.
  4. Add a heading, then adjust card width, spacing, dividers, text, and underline settings as needed.
  5. Preview desktop and mobile before saving.

The current collection is marked automatically. The original Spotlight and Text layouts are still available.

Feature Strip​

Use the Feature Strip for benefits such as “Fast turnaround,” “Premium materials,” or “Free proofs.”

  1. Add a Feature Strip section.
  2. Add one Feature block for each item.
  3. Choose a built-in icon, upload your own image, or use text only.
  4. Add a short heading, optional description, and optional link.
  5. Choose equal columns or a wide lead item on desktop.
  6. Choose one column, two columns, or horizontal scrolling on mobile.

You can also add dividers, borders, or a rounded outer panel. Keep each item short so the strip stays easy to scan.

Promo Spotlight images​

Promo Spotlight cards now support two image styles:

  • Cover fills the image area and may crop the image. This is the existing default.
  • Contain shows the full image and is useful for logos, product cutouts, and transparent artwork.

When using Contain, adjust Image padding to control the space around the artwork. Enable Image well background when transparent images need a consistent color behind them.

Center the last Style Spotlight row​

If a Style Spotlight grid ends with fewer cards than a complete row, enable Center last row in the section settings. This keeps the final cards centered on supported desktop and mobile layouts.
